02 7.3 issue

hey guys havent been on in awhile due to the fact i hate the mobile version of this ite for smart phones. i have an 02 f250 7.3 powerstroke that im working on that has about 220,000 miles on it. they guy has owned it for 6 months withought an issue about 3 weeks ago it started running extremely rough and rattling and blowing white smoke so im now working on it the only way to get it started is by cranking for about 30 secounds with the throttle to the floor let it sit for a secound then crank again for about 20 sec with the throttle to the floor and it finally starts it runs extremely rough and pours out the white smoke. i tour into it yeasterday and there is more than desirable amount oil oil in the turbo compressor housing, intercooler pipes and intercooler and its saturated with fuel. im able to get the truck started with the valve covers off and all 8 injectors seem to be fireing because there oilers are functioning i have notice that the truck has alot of blowby. i talked to my budy that owns an extremely popular diesel shop her in town and he says it has a blown engine. i was debating about yanking the injectors and doing a leakdown and compression test or am i waisting my time?
