Does anyone own these tucks here?

Not where if the SD has a dual mass but the OBS do. They are not the same as the old ones. I use scheaffers ATF in my trans. Not sure about the cruise.

Do the dual mass flywheels go bad like the early ones? Up to 99 that is

joebob3093 08-29-2013 12:15 AM

All clutches go bad. Doesn't matter if its dual or single mass

I'm not asking about the clutch I'm askin about the flywheel I know on the old ones the dual mass flywheels had a habit of letting go and breaking the bell housing

The other thing is my ac works and then peters out if I shut it off for awhile then back on it works and also all my air comes out the defrost vents hot or cold advice?

Does the cruise work off of vacume in any way?

problem with the cruise could be a lot of things. Doubt its vacuum related though. Check clutch safety switch, brake switch on the brake resivoir that kills the cruise, fuses etc.

Your air vent issue is probably a vacuum problem though. Check your vacuum pump and your 4x4 hub locks and find the leak or whatever the issue is
