P1211 Code! Help!

Alright, 1999 Ford F350 Dually 7.3l Diesel, bone stock. I got SES light, coded out to P1211, "ICP not controllable - Pressure above / desired" So reading up on the forums it seems that this code would normally make the truck run poorly or not start correctly. This is not the case! The truck runs perfectly, no problems at all starting or driving. Heres the tricky part. I replaced the ICP sensor, the one that mounts on the injector rail, drivers side of the engine. So brand new part in hopes to clear the light. The truck started to have the ICP symptoms! So brand new sensor and it has trouble starting but once it starts it runs well. After warm up and shutting the truck off, trying to start it again it wouldn't start back up, swapped the original sensor back and it runs as if nothings wrong. ANY THOUGHTS?! It baffles me and in 1 week im making a 500 mile trip that I would rather not have a SES staring me down.
