StrokeTech will know likely what the problem is or how to get to it - just wait for Jon to come on in here :)

codes
lets ignore the 1140 and the 470. Does he have a chip on it? How many miles and have you checked the oil?
Oil was checked and level good and clean, I think its got 134k on it, he had a superchips programer in it, hasn't been running it though, that how I got the codes out of it. I back flushed the fuel system and put a new filter, and some PS in and problems went away, I told him to be easy on it, and let me know, hopefully no news is good news, but I'll still take advice, I'm always out to try to learn something.

PS? Keep us updated cuz a chip will set an ICP code. |
Jon, I think he's talking about Power Service additive...
Ok
Wasnt sure on that. I guess I should rephrase what I said earlier, it is possible for water in the fuel to do what it was doing. Just been a long time since I've seen that in a 7.3.
Thanks guys, so far so good. I will talk to him again tomorrow after I get home from work but my phone hasn't rang.
Glad To Hear! Let Us Know How It All Turned Out.
All is well, thanks everyone. I never would have guessed bad fuel would throw all those codes, but the truck is running great, I had her to 120 this morning on the way to get some breakfast, and as much as a dodge guy hates to admit it.......it ran good......don't tell anyone I said that, and thanks again guys.
