No immediate restart when warm -- ICP/IPR?

I just replaced the GPR 109 with the part from the the International dealer, because I found out that intermittenly I don't have the 12V when the key is turned on. But I am still having issues where I could not restart the truck if I made a short stop like in a gas station. I have to wait about 5-10 minutes. I drove 2 hours to a destination had a 30 minute stop and came back. Truck runs fine.

I replaced the CPS about a year ago and I see the tach at about the 100-200 RPM mark when cranking.

So is my problem the IPC or the IPR O-Rings. This just happened as the weather warmed up. I start well in the cold.

Thanks

IPC harness is oily. So ordered the part and the IPR O-Ring from Mr Diesel Oring as he is the closest in Colorado and I can get it Saturday. International wants 197, Ford dealership parts here like 230. Really 90 more for the same Navistar part? :dang:

This truck is really making me into an entry level DIY mechanic (maybe a midiocore one). If I wasn't married to a woman who decided to rescue horses, I probably wouldn't own a truck because a man riding his bicycle to work on spandex shorts sure isn't a Diesel Bomber...

But this site has helped me save thousands of dollars and put oily dirt under my fingernails on a constant basis. Appreciate it a lot

I have:

Done all fluid changes. E-brake repair , GPR repair, starter, alternator, coolant plus thermostat. belt and tensioner, wired trailer brake wiring, helped friend that I paid to put in GPs, CPS. I only paid a mechanic for the the clutch and clutch fork repair and I think next time I will tackle that as well. Next on the list. the ICP and IPR, diff fluids, EBPV cleaning. I also need to do the front end at some point and I am not sure I can actually do that myself.

I have an MB diesel and TDIs as well and done many of the work myself as well.

Now just have to get me the AE package for the PSD and hopefully a TS/Phoenix chip.

Hope the ICP and the IPR rings and dirt are indeed the culprits.

Thanks
