2001 F250 7.3 PS Won't start

We had been having a lot of trouble with my truck, it was running rough and black smoke like crazy at any speed under about 50 mph, it was VERY hard to start and had a miss in it. After taking this advice and that advice here and there we ended up replacing:
ICP
IPR
CPS
HPOP
Fuel Pump
Alt
Starter
Batteries

(I think that's all) when in fact what we were trying to avoid was replacing the injectors which inevitably we did have to do, so we replaced"

Injectors
Glo Plugs
VC Gaskets
(Have the wiring harnesses but did not replace them)

Ok so got all that replaced and we did have 3 failed injectors! The truck was running as good as it ever had, was still a little hard to start tho. So one day I am out of town, on a Sunday afternoon and it ran fine, I stopped went into a restaurant and came out, started the truck it kinda just went blub blub and died like it had run out of fuel or something. I did use starting fluid (I do know how bad this is and the dangers of it but I was out of town on a Sunday, gotta do what you gotta do) and it did start, no more problems. Did it to me again about a week later but did start. Now it did the same thing and HAS NEVER STARTED AGAIN!!! There is no smoke when it is turning over either?

This is something new that had NEVER happened before, even at its worse this truck has always started eventually lol

Any ideas other than burning it to the ground????

Did you try replacing the cps? Have ypu checked power to batteries etc? Check all your grounds

I had taken it in and had the CPS recall done on it and we replaced it again when we were troubleshooting, saved the one we took off cuz apparently it wasn't the problem. We changed it out with the old one, still nothing. I turns over fine, the batteries are charged, they are actually brand new. It just seems like it must have something to do with the injectors/fuel since this problems started right after we had them replaced. And that there is no smoke when it is turning over trying to start. (but we are going to replace the CPS again today with a brand new one, crossing fingers)

Put a new CPS on, now it acts like it wants to start but won't. I have been told that the injectors that I had put in might not be seated right???????
