fass fuel system compatabilty

will a fass fuel system off of a 99 cummins work on my 99 f350 7.3?

The pump and filters will likely work fine, but the regulator and fittings will be different. I think your Ford is looking of about 55psi of fuel pressure, where as the Dodge is only looking for about 16psi.

Thanks I just had a chance to get it it for 350 so thought since my trucks in shop getting new 260cc injectors was looking for a deal on a fuel system thinking im going to need one with those new injectors.

You could call or email FASS to see if there is a way to adapt it for a decent price.

You need at LEAST 55 psi, but better in the mid 60psi range.

If your getting 260cc injectors you will need at least a regulated return, but more then likely a full 5/8" pickup from the tank to the motor.

What size nozzle?

The pump on the 99 Dodge is a low pressure unit that is designed to only go about 25-30 psi before the motor will wear out prematurely. If you do decide to go with that pump you will need to upgrade the motor to a larger one that can handle the pressure and that will have the higher torque for the pressure as well. You will also need to upgrade the wiring harness and pressure spring. Let me know if you need anything.
