1999 F250 Miss firing and other issues?
Truck has developed a miss at all rpm's at first it was only when cold and only for the first couple of minutes now it only goes away for a couple of mins. I have oil in my icp connector fuel in the valley the stealership did a free factory recall about a year ago for the cps idk what color the new installed cps part is? codes that continue to pop up are 1211 and p0470 I don't have access to a scanner I do have a programer the reads dtc and that's it

If you have oil in the connector to the ICP you need a new ICP. The code P0470 is the exhaust back pressure valve I believe. You can probably fix that by taking it off and cleaning the tube that goes to the p/s exhaust manifold. It gets plugged up with crap and will throw a code. Its located front and center of the motor. The fuel in the valley pan is the drain on your fuel bowl (most likely), its super easy to get off and replace the o rings that seal it to the fuel bowl. The 1211 code is kind of common if you have a programmer with stock injectors it has to do with your hpop oil being too high or low pressure. If it happened under a load (getting on it hard) your injectors were just demanding more oil than the hpop had to offer. But the miss at all R's is probably the ICP. If you have oil In the connection, its failed (also common). Good luck.

I hadn't thought of the fuel drain yet Thanks:tu: Any recommendations on where to get one or where to not buy one?

All your Fuel o-rings are here... Riffraff Diesel Performance Parts: - Fuel Bowl Parts As to your running rough, looks like it may be time for injectors. Your codes will be here... https://www.dieselbombers.com/ford-p...d-2-codes.html |
Quick question I bought a Borg Warner Cps any experiences??

It should be fine. Some cause some issues with a #8 and #3 injector fault, but not always.
