need to find out how far fuel is making it to the motor... Could be a failed fuel pump...

did you take the fuel filter out and fill the fuel bowl with fuel???

also make sure you don't use your glow plugs when your starting it with either so you don't cause another problem haha, and ya check to see if your getting fuel up to your filter

i just want to add that when my truck ran out of fuel, i would keep cranking it and the fuel bowl would not fill up so i had to prime it by putting fuel in the bowl and trying to start it again. After cranking for a little the fuel bowl would be low again so i did the same process 2 more times and it started pretty quick after that but it took alot of cranking but if your fuel bowl is full and you crank it for a while and the fuel level stays the same and no start its something else.

i second this! my truck did the same thing when my tank switch fuse blew without me knowing! its pretty fun when you flip a switch to change tanks and nothing happens!:tu:
