Remove valve covers
unhook injector wiring
Remove bottom hold down bolt
Slide collar up over the top hold down bolt and pry up on injector
Repeat last step for 8 times
Coat new injectors in oil and slide into the hole, collar over top hold down bolt
Use soft mallet to tap injectors(careful of the solenoid) until firmly seated.
put bottom bolt back in place and torque to 120inlbs
repeat last 3 steps 8 times
remove glow plugs
put valve covers back in place for with a bolt on top and bottom
bump the starter a few times to make sure everything will spin freely
remove valve covers and replace glow plugs.
hook all the wiring back up to glow plugs and injectors
reinstall valve covers
jump in the cab and start cranking about 15seconds for 3-5 cycles.
should fire up and might be smoking like a train.
take it out for a drive, it might miss and skip but it's air in the system. Will take upwards of 100 miles to get driving right. Also, your start ups for a day or two might take a few extra seconds of cranking. It's normal.
:c:

No problem. It's a fairly simple process... I've swapped the injectors in my truck a few times... Just take your time is all really, no rush...

It is very easy like he said take ur time the hardest thing was having to remove the heater box to get to the last injecter

Really? Just a nut driver and the vacuum box comes off... Unless it's covered in foil, mine wasn't so it was just as simple as removing the screws...
