Im now a Powerstroke owner ! and i have some questions

HI i just bought a 1994 ford F350 4x4 manual with a 7.3l powerstroke. I got the whole truck for only 2000 bucks with 1000 in back regestration. It is a crew cab long bed and has some dends and dings but the interior is all there just needs some clean up. i bought the truck knowing it needs a clutch badly i can hardly get it into reverse and the dual mass flywheel chatters like crazy im thinking of doing a southbend clutch and single mass flywheel. i alredy had to replace the cps in the truck and that got it running a little smoother but where my problem is is the lack of power and major exhaust leek im hearing but i cant find it the turbo spools and everything but i cant find the leek my best guess is where the turbo mounts to the up pipes but im unsure i want to check but i have no idea how to get the turbo out if someone can quickly explane how to do that or set me up with a link that would be amazing. also the reason why i want to take the turbo out is the previous owner has taken it apart im guessing because on the intake side he used rtv to seal it insted of the o ring.... so i want to fix that. but with the info i have given witht the turbo problems does somebody think this could be a major problem with me not having power because i swear my old idi 7.3 with a ats turbo had much more power. but thanks for reading and please help as much as you can i want to get this done as quick as possiable thanks :rocking:

Swamp's Diesel Performance

On the left side, It says R&D projects. Click that... Then you will see a page with Turbocharger removal... That is what you want...

how many miles? your exhaust leak is probably turbo up pipes, which are located at the back of the motor leading to the turbo from the exhaust manifolds. check the firewall for soot behind the turbo. if it's running rough you might need a MAP sensor or your truck hasnt cleared the CPS code yet, unhook the battery for a couple of minutes and it might clear the code. a little TLC and the truck should pay for itself if its not too worn out already. good luck
