hey guys im thinking about upgrading from my idi. i want a little more power how many miles are you guys getting or got out of the 95-97 powerstrokes? thanks for the help:hellox:

i got 208, 179, and 150 in my three. is the trannys to worry about not the engines so much. although ive tended to have alot of pump and pulley problems when the mileage starts getting higher

my 94 has 209,xxx my buddy has a 99 with 300,xxx+ and my boss has a 99 with 300k or dam near. and my 99 has 145,xxx so it's got plenty of life left.

at POWERSTROKEHELP.com, spot the shop truck just quit with 798,000 miles and he was spraying nitrous and beating the hell out of it. maintenence is key...

thats good. so what transmission is best in those years? im a manual kinda guy but as long as it works
