rpm jumping .
 

I programed my 97 down to tow mode today checked and cleared code p0603 after and i noticed my idle was jumping from 613 up to 700ish . i think it was idling up and down prior to the reprogramming but became more noticable after i lowered it, what should i be checking for to get it to idle normal.
