well i dont have a dually but i have a crewcab long bed w/37'' tires. i can get anywhere from 8mpg towing to 16mpg being light on the pedal. maybe this will help. im also not stock.

I get about 17.5 running light and about 12 while towing my 24' travel trailer with the family, the dog and all the stuff needed for a camping/fishing/hunting trip.

so figure round about 12-14 at best with a dually
|
i have a 1 ton with 4:10 gears and i get 18
|
i have a one ton with 3.73 33s and the chip on 50 ans the best ive ever pulled off was 17.2 on all interstate driving. i have a hard time believein a 4.10 geared truck gets 18

i have a 96 almost stock. 10k mod and exaust. 2x4 extened cab SRW and i can get 23 on the hiway and 17 city and 12 to 14 pulling about 18,000 lbs
