No WTS light when cold
I'm new to this forum so bear with me. I have a 96 F-250 and when its cold ( 30-40 degrees) the WTS light does not come on. The solenoid is closing and the glowplugs seem to be drawing power. it will crank after I wait 20 - 30 seconds but it's smoking more than usual. If it's above 50 it's working fine. WTS light works and glowplugs work perfectly. Any ideas??? :dang:

eot - engine oil temperature. I think the computer gets its information on when to activate the glow plugs from the eot sensor. THIS IS ONLY A GUESS. - I really don't know, but it sounds logical to me.
