Missing after IPR,ICP and fuel filter install
 

Missing after Ipr icp and fuel filter install? While driving my truck lost power and even shut off Iwas able to restart and drive remain 2 miles home in 2nd gear no check engine light .I replaced the above sensors now I can accelerate but truck seem to be missing on a cylinder i used motorcraft replacements. Any help appreciated.
