HELP!! Extremely heavy white smoke!

Hey guys, new to this forum. Just bought a 1995 powerstroke that just had a 1997 motor swapped into it (has about 120k). Have had it about 2 weeks. ran flawless other than every once in a while under heavy acceleration the motor would sputter or hiccup. (Wasn't super concerned about it). But yesterday morning I went to go warm it up and noticed it was smoking very heavily on cold start (white thick smoke). It cleared up after about 5 minutes and I drove to work and went on with my day. This morning I went to go start the truck and same thing extremely heavy white smoke but this time it would not clear up. It was misfiring for about 5 minutes and when it warmed up it sounded like it was on all 8 cylinders and the white smoke slowed down at idle but under slight acceleration it was still pouring out the exhaust. I can see smoke coming from the back of the engine (looks like cylinder 7 passenger side). I'm thinking it has a bad injector but the smoke is so heavy I'm hoping it's not broken piston or cylinder. The motor has electronic return fuel system, aftermarket injectors (not sure what brand or size, was told they are "100hp injectors") 4 inch turbo back exhaust, cold air intake, aftermarket intercooler (believe it's banks) and ts 6 position chip. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!!

i would stop driving it then i would start by pulling the injectors and looking for a broken nozzle. that looks like raw fuel being shot into the cylinder

Thanks for the advice joebob. Narrowed it down to cylinder 7. Pulled the injector and it was missing the copper o ring at the bottom. The injector hold down was also finger tight. I put new O rings on and reinstalled the injector and made no difference. I'm guessing the injector needs to be replaced. Problem is I don't think the injectors are stock. Is there somebody I can send the injector to that can flow test it and rebuild it to the spec?

i would call PIS and talk to them. im running their injectors now.

Joebob I'm mostly worried about a compression issue. I hope I didn't burn up a piston or cylinder wall. Gonna get it towed to a mechanic for a compression test before I start buying injectors. Nobody near me will rent one and there about 200 bucks to buy

Also just checked my oil and has no oil on dipstick all of a sudden. Looks like fuel and oil mixture is getting past the exhaust valve and leaking into my exhaust turbo housing. I hope it's just something in the injector catastrophically failed...
