f350 4x4 ambulance project.......
 

I just bought a 1995 f350 ambulance 4x4 with about 50k miles on it. I plan to make it into a camper/towing rig. The trailer is about 8k max Usualy a lot less. The plan is to take the ambulance box off and have the frame sandblasted and painted. I'm going to be mounting a larger fiberglass shell on the back instead of the ambo body. while I have the box off I'm plan on replacing everything that could give me problems later down the road. I also want to run bigger tires so was thinking putting a lift on at the same time.
here is a list of things I plan to do
1 change all brake lines
2 change seals on rear axle
3 upgrade brakes? not sure if I have to
4 lift it want to run bigger tires and improve ride
5 performance so far I'm thinking a chip and exaust

I'm sure there is many more things ill need to do

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
my budget is around 3k for parts
