frustrated !!!!!
 

I have a 95 f350 7.3l E4OD that will not run no matter what I do. Lets start with the WSL , it stays lite up, does not shut off and it flickers not a steady light. The GPR and relay makes a loud rapid ticking noise ( I have video of this, don't know how to post). The GPR is brand new, the relay is new, the PCM has been changed the original PCM had a hole burnt through the board. all connections on the PCM wiring harness have dielectric grease and tight secure fit. The batteries have been load tested and terminals are clean and tight.
The truck has a no start issue and at the time the WTS and glow plug system were working perfectly a mechanic looked at the truck and told me it was an IPR problem. The IPR has been replaced, the fuel bowl/IPR wiring harness has been changed, the CPS is new, I am waiting on an ICP and a EBP to be delivered, the oil level in the truck and HPOP is full.
The IDM has been replaced.
I am not getting power out of the GPR to the glow plugs, no smoke when cranking. WTH so tired and frustrated over this truck. i have a one week window before I am in a bind or this truck
