95 f350 7.3l starts and idles fine for a few seconds and bam.....HELP
 

I have a 95 f350 I bought two weeks ago. Today I started it and let it warn up before we were leaving as I do everyday before driving it. I got in it about 20 minutes later and we started to leave it stalled out as I was turning around. I tried to start it back up and it just cranked. It would crank for maybe ten seconds, fire like it was gonna start then just crank again. Finally it started but a few seconds after idling fine the CEL came on and the truck started idling rough. I shut it off and tried again.....same thing. I've talked to several buddies and some are mentioning oil quality and that it could be a problem but the previous owner had changed oil not long before I bought it. They took extremely good care of it and he even told me things that were wrong with it (that all were minor) that I never would've picked out. I've also heard that it could be the wiring harness under the valve covers. Or the injector solenoid....on and on..im trying to pin point this as best I can. I need this beast running asap. I'm a cancer patient and rely on this BFT to get me to appointments and work when I'm not at the doc. Any input would be appreciated.

Sounds like it could be an ICP sensor. Did it run fine once it was warmed up?

I didnt let it run long after that. I had let it warm up before this problem started. Ithe had been. Started and idling fine for 15-20 minutes then went to leave and it stalled. Then when I tried to start it this problem happened and I let it run for a minute but I shut it off cause of how rough it was running and I had no power. I couldn't even get it back up my driveway..
