1995 power stroke

I got the injectors from diesel care and performance out of Memphis tn and I used there I rings maybe 5000 miles on them now

did they build them? powerstoke injectors are very picky and i will only trust a couple builders in the country. find out what O rings they use because you should only use alliant brand rings.

i guess before i ask anything else what is it doing to cause a hard start?

Brad.julie 01-30-2015 11:13 AM

They rebuild them there selves in there diesel machine shop
And hard start just takes forever to fire I put a new lift pump didn't make any difference went as fare as to drop the tanks and check pickup tubes

joebob3093 01-30-2015 12:19 PM

So just cranks but takes a long time to fire?

Brad.julie 01-31-2015 08:43 AM

Yes that is correct takes long time to fire my edge programmer says it has plenty of ICP pressure

Pull the plug at the top of the reservoir and see it it has oil all the way to the top. My guess is you have a oil issue

diesel care is junk so is Pensacola and injectors directy buy oem only or alliant power same thing you can get oem half price on ebay than you can get at the stealer ship.. diesel care is just a horrible company no matter how u slice it

joebob3093 02-06-2015 04:46 AM

I had never heard of them and because of that I was leaning towards a bad build on the set of injectors causing all the problems
