1996 oil problem

i have a 1996 f350 4x4 dually. I'm in colorado working and it got down to -9 degrees here for a few days. my truck got to where it had to sit and warm up for a around 30 minutes before it would run right. (no rough idle like bad injecters just getting a little old i guess once it hit 180 degrees on temp or ran around 2000 rpm for a minute its gone down the road) any way i decided to drive the ol' ladies gas burner for a few days till it warmed up. so it warms up and i try to start truck with no luck (still 20-30 degrees outside) i waited till it finally hit 50 degrees and had to hit it with a shot to get it to fire. i let it sit and idle while i was doing some honey does then jump in it to run to the store. 4 blocks from the house it quit. it spun over like it had no fuel in the system so i pulled it back to the house. i pulled the filter out and spun it over the bolw is filling up so i put the filter back in and had someone turn it over while i pressed in the bleeder valve got fuel spaying out of there. today i pulled the drivers valve cover and turned it over. NO OIL COMING OUT OF INJECTORS. i believe its the HPOP. Am i missing something? Whedre the best deal on a new pump?

Most times if the hpop goes bad it is a bad o ring. And most times it will leak oil into the valley. I would check for oil in the valley. If none. I would get a pressure guage and check hpop pressure while cranking engine over
