fuel leak part identification help

I'm not a diesel newb but I am a powerstroke newb. Got me a 96 had a fuel leak got to looking it is cracked on the thing that is bolted to the driver side of the fuel filter housing. It has the pressure sensor screwed into it and that's where it is cracked. I have searched in vain to find it's name or what it does so I can get a new one but can't find it and I'm starting to feel kinda dumb. I am slowly learning about power strokes the same way I have learned about the cummins over the last few years. Thanks every diagram I have come across has left this out.

Yes I will get one to you asap but it has fuel coming in on the firewall side two high pressure lines that screw off on the front side and a line coming in the bottom maybe oil line?

Fuel water separated possibly?

I don't think so it's got no place to drain water has something to do with the fuel injection I would imagine but I'm just starting with power strokes.

I think what you are looking at is the fuel control manifold.

You're talking about the FPR (Fuel Pressure regulator) setup attached with two diagnolly opposed bolts and the has the Fuel Restrictor sensor screwed into the side. That restrictor gets leaky and will leak like a mother if you play with it while the engine is running. Make sure to spray the connector real good with contact cleaner cause the deisel just softens the wire insulation to the point where it begins to dissappear.

I do believe so I probably shouldn't tell this but I took it all out and part of it actually fell off with the threads. So being dumb and redneckish I plugged the hole with a bb and jb welded the f outta it threaded in a plug and jb welded all around it. Let it harden put it all back together today and it runs great better than before. no leaks. :)I only paid 850 for the whole truck so can't see spending big bucks on it but it will spin through 3rd on hard dirt now.
