Transmission/tune help!!!

Ok im new to the site and im sorry if this is a repost...
But i need some help with some questions. First off i have a 97 f250 square body 4x4 with an automatic transmission. I just recently bought the truck and i have no clue what if anything is done to the tranny. First thing i done when i bought the truck was put 4" exhaust turbo back, s&b intake, 3 pillar gauges, and a ts 6 position chip on it. Everything is fine but the transmission don't like the tunes. When i get on the throttle hard from a stop and going through the gears they change hard and when the torque converter locks in......it hesitates and then slams in! And that happens in all the tunes. So my question is are the tunes wack or is my tranny wore out? Any help would be great. I have tried to talk to chris at TS but haven't had any luck. So im here asking. Thanks in advance!:scare2:

Unplug the tunes and get on it hard and see how the tranny shifts, i bet its the tunes,
E4OD dont like tunes that well.

It works great in the stock position! Shifts like its suppose to. I was thinking it was the tunes because it raises the line pressure in the tranny. But wanted some opinions.

was it the TDE1 tunes? i doubt they are the problem, i can see it shifting hard in the extreme program but not in the tow and daily. if the rpms flare between shifts it is more than likely worn clutches in the transmission causing the pistons to take too long to fill and build pressure. also the tunes can be specifically calibrated to help your transmission issues

I think i will try the tunes first to see if that does the trick. If not i will build the tranny. Thanks for posting @ "power-struck"
