egts hot

So last week I got some stage two injectors, crx racing i/c diamond 5" exhaust and 3" down pipe and autometer gauges.. I already had a ts 6 pos chip. Got every thing installed and took it out for a drive, very impressed with how strong it runs, however my egts get very hot, easily above 1500 degrees in a third gear pull. My question is will a d66 turbo help to lower egts enough so that I can use my truck to pull my 5th wheel? or is there still stuff I need to do other than a turbo upgrade.

Get the chip custome tuned for the sticks!!!

and a d66 will help, stage 2s are pretty healthy, especially with generic tunes.
custom tunes will make a huge difference.

who do you suggest to do the tune?:humm:

an intercooler would be the best thing to do

i used gearhead for my stage 1.5's, and absolutely loved them! they keep the smoke low other than the extreme tune, and in the towing tune i can never get above 1100 degrees at wot. (only hit 20 psi though)
