Ive been looking into an EGR delete too but not much info here, you will need a programmer that will let the engine run without the EGR. Now the question is, can you sell the vehicle like this? From what Ive read you cant trade it in this way, but can sell it to another individual, but there are of course legal issues there too. I'm not real sure if I want to delete the EGR or not. I run commercially with DOT and MC numbers, all I need is some wise ass DOT officer. or an EPA Nazi to ruin my day.

you can get a delete program and just unplug it that way if you trade it in or sell it just plug it in and reprogram it.no big deal

People are saying its best to tune, and use blocking plates to prevent the crud from building in the cooler.
