Wiring Issue????????
 

Good morning everyone. I am in serious need of some information. I have an 08 6.4 powerstroke and this thing is a money pit. In May of 2021 I sent my truck to a shop to have the HPFP changed and that's where all my problems started. This mechanic is a great diesel mechanic and is very well know in our area. Since May I have bought a new hpfp, 12 injectors, new fuel pump under the cab, new fuel sending unit, new computer, new programmer, new turbo wheels, new injector harness, new injector lines, and had the truck sent off to the dealership for computer programming. I think all in all I have spent around $15,000 just this year on this truck. After all the fuel systems parts were replaced I got the truck back and it ran fine for about a week. Then I noticed it had developed an acceleration problem. Any time i would pull out of a driveway or parking lot I could not get over 2000 rpm's or the truck would fall on it's face. So , I took the truck back to the shop to have that fixed. Then I was told I needed a new harness and computer. So, I purchased them. Now my mechanic is telling me that my #4 and # 8 injectors are bad. He has already replaced the #4 injector 3 times just this year. I have only had the truck for about a week since last May. I am losing my mind here. I had a really bad experience with a mechanic in 2020 that cost me $10,000 on this same truck.
