Code P2623 IPR screen keeps clogging

Well< I thought that I did my best to keep everything exteremely clean while doing all the work And for the most part everything else is fine. BUT........

I just finished my third time going in and changing the IPR or the screen after getting code 2623.
each time I go in the screen is clogged and I have to replace it reassemble everything and she fires right back up.
Now I am on my forth no start, same code P2623.
Time to get out the thinking cap. Is my new HPOP picking up and moving deris that the old failing one wasn't. She did have over 215k miles.
I did put new oil in (LOL... figured i would say that before someone asked). But, y'all think that I should change oil again when I repair IPR this time? Is there anything that I can use to completely flush the oil system without screwing everything else up? I know this is just an obstacle and not a barrier. But frustrating none the less! And I don't want to change ipr out every 25miles :ouch:
Thanks guys!

Still having issues? I've never seen someone have to replace it more than a second time after an HPOP install... this is odd.

So is this before or after the new IPR? You just put another new IPR in right, and the problem went away?

correct, new ipr solved it and p2623 has not returned. Took me forever to convince the stealership that the other was bad outta the box though. yeah, I fell into that 1 in a million catagory. Wish I could have figured it out before the forth time tearing into it!:bat:
