I'd be calling Gale and asking him WTFO! It may be a problem with the unit that is correctable. I don't know anyting about Banks other than he has made it big in the diesel world with the "Nothing but tire smoke" campaign.

The best thing Banks has going for them, is their marketing team.

I will say they do have nice intercoolers, that are priced competitivley, but beyond that...
