There is a tab on the tensioner and you just push it in and pull the belt up with the other hand. Takes a lot of strength, two people can do it real easy. I have done this with no tools by myself.

That's cool, looks like a way to retrieve my wrench the next time I do this. Everything is so crammed in there, I never noticed this.

I have never once been able to move the tensioner far enough to get that clip in. I of course am fighting with two belts and two tensioners all in the way as well. I've tried getting it far enough by pulling up on the belt, and I've actually got the belt to slip before getting it that far.:argh:
