You probably are running off of one battery is my guess.

Where did you find a 1000CCA napa battery. I went with Napa units this last time around, biggest I could find were 880CCA's....

 

They had them instock there in big demand out here because its agricuture country. Im lucky before I bought my Dodge the owner bought brand spankin new Optima Batteries works for me. I load tested the motorcraft and it drops consideraby faster than the NAPA but stayed withing the OK range of my load tester all in all new battery is most likely needed its seven years old!!!

 

Yep, just replaced both of my motorcrafts this year, they made it from a build date of 11/05 til now, so about 6.5 years. I've also drained mine down to death a dozen times or more listening to the stereo with the truck shut off.

 

The batteries on my dodge last a while Ive only drained them once because I had my stereo going and I was testing trailer lights I was rewireing... But ive only had her for 8 months so I proably catch up, but thanks for the help I keep ya posted and ask ya any questions I have. Ill know fords in no time LOL
