I own a 2004 6 liter F-250. I was wondering if anyone in North Carolina has passed inspection with an egr delete. If not what are my best options, maybe a plate to block it of?

 

You can pull the egr cooler and weld freeze plugs in the ends and reinstall. This cuts exhaust flow off completely to the egr valve itself, but you still keep all the components there so visibly it appears everything is there and working.
