Injector Oring kit (I just bought an $80 top end gasket kit from Victor Reinz on ebay for my rebuild. Obviously using OEM headgaksets, but this was for injector o-rings, intake manifold gaskets, etc... came with hundreds of o-rings/gaskets)
udated fuel spring 6E7Z-9C165-B (this is spring and o-ring only)
OIl change and filter you know what to get for this I assume...
Coolant, I'm using the Ford gold, never had an issue with it in my truck (I'd probably use it too, no harm no foul, just make sure you have a coolant filter, it's cheap insurance)
turbo mounting kit Mounting kit? Just re-use the factory stuff, I've had mine off a dozen times, never had to replace anything

What about an EGR delete?

You'll also need a bunch of distilled water, and a gallon of restore for a coolant flush (might as well at this point).

Are you doing this cab off? If so, you'll need a little trans fluid because you'll lose some when you disconnect the trans cooler.

Thanks Mike, this will make life easier. I did a EGR delete when I replaced the STC fitting 2 years ago but I did forget about the coolant filter, thanks

Cool, unfortunately we will be attempting to do it cab on, my ceiling in my garage is only 10' so at most I could lift the cab 3' and if we took off wheels and lowered it as much as possible we might have 4' of seperation and I don't know if that is enough to do it or not. I have an old air powered bumper lift and a buddy has the same thing that I could use to lift cab.

I've seen that done haha. I've got one of those myself. Wouldn't be too bad if you could lift the cab outside the garage, then roll the rest of the truck in the garage and then just lower the bumper lifts and set the cab down on some 4x4 posts or something. Then you'd have the truck at normal height with no cab on it!

Technically speaking you should have the Ford garage evacuate it for you to be environmentally friendly, then disconnect where ever you feel like it. I don't know exactly where.

Yeah, just starting to tear into it and when we drained the radiator it was mostly oil, cooler let loose , gonna unbolt the ac pump and let it sit there when we remove engine so we don't create a hole in the ozone above our hous,,,,,,again:w2:
