Does anyone know if the Bully dog watch dog will give you the EOT??

Any of the monitors should be able to do EOT and ECT through the OBD port no problem.

Edge CTS for the win!

yeah i would rather have the Edge but i found a bully dog for 150$

That's not a bad deal.

You can also get the Scangauge II for a little more than that. It's more "basic" looking, but is very capable and can read a lot of things.
