Just saying Hi to everyone here! I also have a small prob.
Hey my name is josh i am from the broadalbin ny area. I have a gunmetal gray 2003 F350 with the 6.0 in it. I have a straight turbo back exhaust from mbrp in it and the egr delete. New hpop, icp, ipr and new fuel filters. My truck will not start unless i leave it plugged in over night i think it is the ficm. if i leave it sitting for 5-6hrs it wont start unless i tap on the FICM w/ something. what do you think?

have you tested the FICM? also make sure the wires going into the back of the FICM are tight!
welcome to diesel bombers:c: |
It could be a bad FICM, or could just be a loose connection, or possibly even chaffed wires.
Good news for you, I fix FICM's, and I'm in Broadalbin almost every weekend brother. Either way, it's probably something we can help you with right here.:c: Welcome to the site. |
Hey mdub I've seen your truck over on midline rd. I know where your at. How much to fix my ficm. I was thinking of a hot ficm from swamps. But I would like to fix this one. So let me know. Do you work on these trucks a lot. I love my truck but I cant afford a thousand dollar bill every time it acts up. You have problably seen my truck around. It has the dc sticker in the back window. I see your a lot. Get back to me. Thanks. Josh
