Trans trouble.. URGENT
 

2006 f250. I just put a suncoast comp trans in 2 weeks ago. Its been doing great till tonight.. guy Staged the truck, an when came back off the throttle the truck died.. It threw p0405 an p0403. It has egr delete an innovative sct..(seems it shouldnt throw them codes with sct, an hasnt till it died) The trans is leaking looks to be from the bell housing(dark hard to see).. It has no reverse or any forward gears.. Checked trans codes with scan tool, none present. Trans fluid is at proper level... Tried unhooking the batteries, returned to stock, still nothing.. Any ideas. Thanks guys

p0405 if for an EGR position sensor low voltage. the delete would explain that.
p0403 is for EGR control circuit malfunction. ditto.

you said trans fluid is full?

i got a feeling you destroyed your pump. might not be making any pressure.

Definitely sounds like a trans hard part is broke to me.

The codes you have are soft codes, EGR malfunctions, it's fine. The SCT turns the check engine light off, but you still get the codes, no big deal.

What are you reading codes with? (type of scanner)
