Leveling kit

Hey guys I am wanting to put a leveling kit on my 04 ps. I see they have a leaf block for an little over 100$ and there is a leaf kit with all new springs for 400$ anyone have any input on the two?

The first problem with a leveling kit is that the SD was DESIGNED nose low to be level when loaded. When mine sat level, it was ridiculously nose high with the car trailer on it. I'm seriously considering airbags as a load leveler. As far as a $100 leaf block goes, I wouldn't put anything on the factory leafs again. I did an add a leaf that was eventually going to be self destructive. Keep this in mind, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! If you want level, buy new u-bolts and remove rear blocks. My friend did that on his 7.3.

However, if you don't haul anything or pull a trailer, a leveling kit would be fine. I STRONGLY recommend one that is a leaf spring replacement. Trust me, I did 3 lift combos out back and 4 up front because "it looked like the enexpensive alternative". :ouch:

DO NOT STACK BLOCKS! Ever seen them spit out? It's not pretty.
