Your an idiot and this is in the 7.3 section.

Diesel Dawgs Performance 03-26-2011 03:32 PM

Thats fine if you want to spends lots of money but there is not anything wrong with the 7.3 Powerstroke.

Your a smart one aren't you...

You must not notice that I moved this from the 7.3 section... But your just too smart to know this huh.

Now do you have anything helpful to add, or are you just another cummins pot stirrer?

TeckJohn 03-26-2011 09:11 PM

I love a ford but hate the 6.0 and I love the 7.3 and I am sorry if I posted it in the 7.3 section so if you want to, delete any of this if you want to. I can admit when I'm wrong. I was only offering a suggestion and trying to help. I own at this time a 6.9 ford in my wrecker and 2 dodges with 5.9's and a dodge with a 6.7. And I hated dodge before I went thru about 15 trucks with 6.0's from 03 to 06 and then I went dodge and they stayed on the road

joebob3093 03-26-2011 09:17 PM

i would love to have a 6.0 but thats just me

Every truck has there weaknesses... How about you post some worth while information helping anyone that has issues with there 6.0's...

There are hundreds of thousands of them out there with very few issues...

prison 03-26-2011 09:25 PM

i've seen quite a few dodge issues as well as some cummins issues. i wouldn't attack any engine. the engine is what you make it.

bobcat67 03-26-2011 11:46 PM

hey now there's plenty of ford pot stirrers in this world too, the Ferd F-teenthousands aren't all everyone makes em out to be either, none are as good as one says nor as bad as nay sayers say

i dont mean to single dodge out but i'm saying is nothing is perfect. our trucks are what they make them. i personally seriously dislike dodges from experience and father's experience but i'm not gonna stir the pot about it. now his truck is a custom truck which is cool. a great engine in a great truck but i'd rather not hear another engine put down for it because i'm positive there are some 6.0's out there that will kick the crap out of his truck in certain aspects but again its all about the aspects the owner wants

TeckJohn 03-26-2011 11:55 PM

what any owner would want is for the manufacturer to build and engine based on previous known durability such as 7.3 ford and 5.9 cummins. and not have to make it what you want to make it reliable.

prison 03-27-2011 12:04 AM

you can make the 6.0 reliable. they left the 7.3 because of emissions. it just wasnt a beast they could wrangle i guess. Think about it for a minute, say you tow a lot. is your ideal truck going to come from the factory capable of this? yes it can but you can make it better. it wouldn't really be profitable for them in all aspects so they dont come exactly how you'd make it

says the angry 6.0L owner who's pissed at the world, I like em all and hate em all too, depends on how you wanna look at it, but nothing is perfect and my POS Dodge is far from it too, but I'm not dribbling anything

CSIPSD 03-27-2011 02:19 PM

This one is done... We have a conversion forum if you would like to talk about that.

If you want to talk trash, then start it in the badlands...

Thanks!
