Could the icp sensor cause this?

After driving the truck for three and a half weeks i was on my way home tonight and the truck would not get up out of its own way. So i decided to take a different route were there were no hills and when i had to stop at a stop light and went to take off it all of a sudden got a huge boost and i went sideways in the road. Also sometimes it will just loose all throttle for 1 sec then it comes back and runs fine. So my question is could the icp sensor cause this stuff to happen cuz after i got the truck running i pulled a code for the icp being bad and just ignored it seeing as i was so happy it was finnaly running. Also the fuel guage inbetween 3/8 and 5/8 of a tank it will go to empty and i have to deal with it beeping at me saying low fuel? :humm:

I would say replace the ICP sensor and see what happens, if it continues to act that way i'd say your turbo vein are seizing up. Info on the truck would help

Well its a 2005 extended cab ARP studds and a full egr delete kit such was installed three and a half weeks ago. With a 5 inch exhauston its way and when I barely had power the turbo was putting out good boost psi.
