Ditto on the crank sensor. Do you have a scan guage? If not I would get one to help see the sensors operation.

Also be sure to check the wires at the crankcase sensor connector. I've heard of them getting damaged.

Well I just found my ckp crankshaft sensor wires were completely fried at the plug. Not sure how in the hell im going to fix that. Can't get to it. I had to use a long screwdriver just to get it unplugged. Anyone every changed one of these on a 2006 6.0 or similiar.

Dealer may have plug you can require into harness. If not google it, they are available since body shops need replacement connectors a lot

I called dealer and they do not sell that particular pigtail. Googled it and found a place called clips and fasteners online and their website said they sold one but upon a closer look the style was off.
So I just went back out to my truck and started looking closer and figured out where that part of the wire harness was and turns out you need to take out your tensioner pully and then unplug a few clips and try like hell and finally got the harness with that ckp pigtail up above the engine where I was able to make repairs. I'll put it back together today and post an update
