Help please

I have an 04 6.0, And the last few days it started to rough idle and shake when you excelerate. And if you floor it, it will jump up and go. I checked the ficm, 48 volts. No fuel in the oil. No real starting problems. Every once in a while it will clear up for a few miles. There is no CEL, and no soft codes that I can pull. Tried returning to stock and it got worse. The truck has almost 200,000. Mods are sct with ID tunes, straight piped and intake.

Probably an injector sticking. Does it go away when it gets warmed up?

It used to chug a little but go away after it warmed up, But all the sudden while driving it just went down hill. I just did the fuel filters last week. I did the oil less than a thousand miles ago. But I got a steal on some delco and am using it right now. I usually only run rotela. I doubt there is a conection right? Besides rev x is there any other snake oils yall would recomend? Also I have noticed for the last few days every once in a while, There is a weird noise coming from under the hood. Not to sound crazy, but it sounds like an 18 wheeler poping of air. You know that sound when the truck blows off a little air when it is over charged. But On my truck it is on a lot smaller scale. I barley hear it going down the road and it is so qiuck. But maybe it might help yall figure out the underlaying problem.

Sounds like an injector hanging up to me, but hard to tell from here.

Rev X really isn't a snake oil, it actually works. It's the only thing I'd recommend VS. getting it scanned and replacing that injector.

I doubt an oil change really effected it that much, but you can always drain and put your usual stuff back in and see what happens. I doubt it will fix it though.

:c:

REV X 100% not snake oil. it save my injectors for a while till i quit putting it in and it went boom...

problem solved, I went and got a can of seafoam and dumped it into about a quarter tank. it ran like crap till I filled up again so knock on wood. I am still going to order some rev-x still:tu::tu:. thanks for all the input..
