What is the recommended oil and filter for a 2007 f250 superduty?

 

Recommended by who? Ford recommends motorcraft obviously. Oils you will get all sorts of different answers. Most use Roteall synthetic or std, Valvoline premium blue, amsoil, and some guys use schaeffers. I personally run reg Rotella in mine. Oil filter, use motorcraft. I've heard some horror stories about the wrong oil filters causing some serious engine damage. Not that they were wrong for the motor, but they were made wrong and caused major issues.
