Pump could be crapping out on you. Could also be a bunch of other things. Any smoke coming out one it fires? What color? No codes? (even if there is no CEL, there may still be codes). Have you had the batteries load tested? That's really the best way to see what they're doing. If the batteries get weak, the FICM sees lower voltages and has issues starting.

Have your batteries load tested. if they test fine my guess would be you have a leak in your HPO system. since you say it's not starting at all now i'd say your STC fitting has crapped on you

snap to connect fitting (STC). Quite common on these trucks. Sounds like your problem. It will let the truck start, then once it's warm and the oil thins out, it wont start and it leaks out of the fitting.

You fo to ford and buy the updated kit(4C3Z-9B246-A) with a new design fitting that doesn't wear out. And yes it's the plate under the turbo, remove the intake, turbo and y pipe, pull the IPR valve out, pull the cover off, take 3 torx bolts out holding pump in, take 2 bolts out of stc fitting that connect it to the branch tube. Remove pump. Replace fitting with updated one. Reassemble as taken out
