My moms got a 04 f-350 dually, its stock no programmer nothin. its started to surge when the truck is runnin. when the truck is idlen it will idle real low and almost cut off but when the accelerater is pushed and held the motor will idle up high even when the pedal is held steady. anybody have any ideas what it could be???
