04 f250 question

First I would like to say hello to everyone .
Second I need some advice the truck is starting
to buck when I stop . Example if I come to stop at a
red light or whatever all seems fine than the rpms jump up
any suggestions of what this problem might be ?
Thanks . Also it is all stock .

Could be a few things. Like riddick said, we need more info. My guess is the EGR might need a cleaning.

90k miles changed the egr valve bout six months ago cause the truck would stall and smoke . I change the oil every 3to 4k miles fuel filters every other oil change .
If I posted this in the wrong area my bad.

i had the same problem with my truck for the past week and when i went and got the oil changed it started acting right (i changed the filter and it was dirty as all get out) but you sound like ur havin a diffrent problem. now dont trust my word over most of the guys here cause i dont know much about the diesels but one time when my truck started buckin and runnin rough at anything under 1000 rpms i was having HPOP issues. dealer did the work so lord knows i have no clue what they really fixed but i do remember it was related to the HPOP
