As SPENDY as injectors are :ouch: a moderate turbo upgrade maybe more cost effective. Whether you go with the spring or the BB, the fuel pressure regulator can up the fuel psi for you.
Spray some propane to it and be done with it :jump:

I wouldn't do the BB, and I definitely wouldn't do propane on a 6.0

What are your expectations from the truck? I see your power mark you want to reach, but will you be towing a lot? How heavy? 550hp with spray wont be hard at all.

The big thing with 6.0 injectors is starting with good cores. No matter who you get them from make sure you get the longest warranty possible. They dont manufacture new injectors, they take old ones and modify them. This is why it's important to start with a good injector. If you have the cash, it's nice to start with brand new injectors from Ford, then send those in to be built.:tu:

If you're not going to be towing much 190cc injectors and a 62 or 64mm turbo would be good.

RCD
Elite
Innovative

These come to mind quickly. RCD injectors seem to be very popular. Elite also just came out with new 8 hole nozzles which are supposed to be really good for atomization.
