Whiteish blue smoke? FED UP

:scare2:i have a miss in the truck under accelaration and it lets out blue smoke but when you tend to get on it pretty good it starts to clear up. It is worse when cold than hot. but the miss is always there. my egr is unpluged and closed off. no codes showing. please help!! :argh:
