Hello form St. Louis, my first post in my first thread. I have a 2004 F350 PSD and Im getting codes of P0275, P 0401, P0674, P0678, P 1378, V0105, V0306. Can anyone help me to find out what these codes mean.
Thanks in advance Fasteddie |

OK, I put the codes in the link that was given and it gives me the same info that my on board computer gives me. I was hoping for more info because basically it tells me to see shop manual.
Maybe Im doing something wrong. More help please. Thanks Fasteddie:humm: |
Lemme move the thread to the Ford section. :U:

Please reference the shop manual to find out what these codes mean.
KIDDING. P0275 - Cylinder 5 misfire - it IS missing now, or it has missed in the previous drive cycle. Injector, compression issue, etc. etc. P0401 - EGR valve is junk. P0674 - Glow Plug #4 Circuit P0678 - Glow Plug #8 Circuit I would lean more towards the GPCM than an individual glow plugs, but it is hard to say from here. P1378 - FICM supply voltage circuit low This can be caused by several different issues, but the most common for THIS particular FICM code is the relay or the pins in the junction box being spread not allowing voltage to flow to the 'low' side of the FICM. V0105 - Can't find it in my shop manual. V0306 - Can't find it in my shop manual. I also tried substituting a U instead of a V - no go. As for the contribution code, I would address the FICM issue FIRST before going with any injectors or anything - the FICM can cause all sorts of stupid injector concerns. I would also verify the charging system and batteries, since a lot of your codes can be caused by low battery voltage/low charging system output. Hope this helps a little. |

What Code reader Did You Use?
Hello Fasteddie,
I don't mean to steal your thread but I am having cold start problems and need to read the DTC to see if any glow plug related codes exist. Which code reader did you use to get your codes? |
