No black smoke?

i have a 07 powerstroke with an edge juice with attitude platnium on it and nothing else done but i dont blow any black smoke i know the programmer is working cause i raced my buddies cummins with a smaty box on it and pulled on him why am i not blowing any smoke

I have an 05 powerstroke with a pmt and it doesnt blow any smoke at all either.
