2004 6.0 No Crank/Short Help???
 

Background information... all injectors were replaced by diesel mechanic shop. Truck ran great afterwards for about 3 days. Shut the truck off went into the store came out and no start. Attempted to use the yellow wire jumper to crank and nothing. Towed it to the house and replaced the starter. When I crank the odometer goes black and radio goes black both batteries show 13v. Used the yellow wire and it fired right off.... turned the key off and the starter was still spinning. By time I got the battery cables off the starter was smoked. Last thing I have done is ohmd out across the positive and negative battery cables and they ohm out for unknown reason...

I do not want to replace the starter again as I know there is something else going on... does this sound like a ground issue? A short from power to ground? Anyone have ideas of where I can start to diagnose or check this? As soon as I try to connect battery cables the starter spins so it's all disconnected currently.
